Married At First Sight star Brook Crompton has issued an emotional apology after her outbursts during Wednesday’s dinner party episode left viewers disgusted.
The villain bride shared a post to Instagram on Wednesday in which she admitted she had behaved badly, and was bitterly sorry for her actions.
‘What you saw last night was the worst version of myself, and unfortunately Alissa and Stella were on the receiving end of that,’ she added, addressing the two fellow brides who were the target of her vitriol.
She continued: ‘I want to firstly, sincerely apologise to Alissa and Stella for my words and the hurt that I have caused. My actions were appalling and not at all a reflection of the kindness and respect that you both deserve and I hope in time you can forgive me. I am truly sorry.’
‘To the other couples in the experiment and audience who had to witness my behaviour, I am deeply sorry,’ the 27-year-old went on.

Brook then appeared to agree that her behaviour had been ‘bullying’ – a charge many fans of the show had levelled at her after the controversial episode.
‘Bullying should never be condoned, and I am extremely embarrassed by the way that I acted,’ she wrote.
‘This Dinner Party was filmed in August last year, and since then, I have had time to reflect and learn from my actions. This behaviour is not a reflection of who I am at my core, and I hope that Australia will one day see this.
‘I know trust is rebuilt through actions, not just words, and I will continue doing the work to be better.’
She concluded: ‘I’m looking forward to moving on with my life with more kindness and hope that those watching will choose to do the same.’
Brook and her co-star Gia Fleur inspired the wrath of Married At First Sight fans after their wild display at Wednesday’s dinner party.
While Brook clashed with co-stars Stella Mickunaite and Alissa Fay, Gia had a go at Bec Zacharia.
The war of words went some dark places, and those tuning in at home branded Gia and Brook ‘bullies’ and called for them to be cut from the reality show.

‘Brook is what happens when you get by your whole life on “pretty privilege”. No need to develop moral character,’ wrote one person on X.
Another said: ‘Brook’s behaviour has been soooo appalling. I think she’s doing it because she’s already back with her ex and she’s just genuinely not a good person.’
One more wrote: ‘I hope anyone following Brook on socials prior to this evening – unfollows immediately. Please don’t support this person or behaviour.’
‘Love MAFS, but I’m not interested in watching relentless bullying… such disgusting and embarrassing behaviour from Gia, Bec, and Brook.’
Someone else posted: ‘There has to be some females kicked out of the experiment after this debacle!! This is appalling!! Brook, Gia and Bec need to be removed…. along with their partners!’
