Keith Urban has raised eyebrows after he was spotted boarding a private jet with a mystery blonde just days after his ex-wife Nicole Kidman fuelled romance rumours with her Scarpetta co-star.
Keith Urban has sent the rumour mill into overdrive after he was spotted boarding a private jet with publicist Shayla McGhee at a UK airport.
After headlining the C2C: Country to Country festival in London, the Blue Ain’t Your Colour singer, 58, was accompanied by McGhee as they jetted out of Stansted Airport on Saturday.
According to reports, the pair travelled to the airport from the same hotel, albeit in separate cars, and boarded the plane 10 minutes apart.
McGhee, a longtime fixture on the Nashville music scene, is working with Urban on his current tour, but sources have claimed the pair have been “inseparable” and “she was the only one flying with him on his jet”.
It comes after Urban’s ex-wife, Nicole Kidman, got tongues wagging when she fuelled romance rumours with her Scarpetta co-star, Simon Baker.
The Aussie actors held hands and smiled at one another as they appeared at the premiere of their Prime Video show, before reportedly sneaking into an after-party together.
The reports about Kidman and Baker are said to have been “a kick in the teeth” for Urban, and the timing of his photographs with McGhee has raised eyebrows.
“It’s unusual for Keith to be photographed getting on and off a private jet without his knowledge,” a source told Woman’s Day.

“But all that may have changed after those rumours about Nicole and Simon exploded in the news.
“That would have been a kick in the teeth for Keith, who considers Simon among one of his friends.
“And seeing Nicole swan about awards season with Sunday and Faith would’ve also stung. It has everyone convinced it was the last straw.
“It’s possible he saw red and let himself be pictured with Shayla.”
It comes after reports Urban and Kidman’s daughters, Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 15, have “cut him off” following the divorce.

Sources recently claimed Urban felt “numb” following his eldest daughter’s interview with Elle Australia, in which she praised her mother but made no mention of her father.
“My mum is someone who has always been so creative and my biggest inspiration in life. She’s a key part of everything I do,” Sunday told the magazine.
It is understood the country crooner has now moved out of the family home in Nashville and is living a “solitary” life in a nearby bachelor pad.
Kidman and Urban, both 58, announced their separation in September after nearly two decades of marriage, before finalising their divorce in January.
According to the divorce papers, Kidman has primary custody of their daughters while Urban sees them “every other weekend”.
