Karl Stefanovic is riding high after signing on with radio network ARN and getting his health back in check.
And the Today show host was happy to send a message to the world on Wednesday, as he stepped out in North Sydney.
The 51-year-old stopped into a local beauty spa, sporting a white hat that had the words, ‘zero f**ks’ emblazoned across the front in red.
Karl, who has recently shed 15 kilos, had his trimmed-down physique on display during the outing.
The television star opted for a black T-shirt worn with blue jeans and a pair of sandals, while carrying a large, brown sports bag.
The podcaster was looking trim and fit after his admitting that he used weight loss medication to facilitate his recent slim-down.

Karl did not specify which medication he used, but indicated it was a GLP-1 like Ozempic, and worried he would be critiqued for ‘being on the pen’.
‘I was only on it for like three months, but it made a huge difference to me,’ he said on the new episode of his podcast, The Karl Stefanovic Show, while confessing that he bowed to ‘social pressures’.
‘The doctor said, “Why don’t you go on a (medication) for a short amount of time that can kickstart your system, lose some weight, and get off it, and hopefully get on the right path.”
‘So I did that, and I have not looked back. I’m hitting the gym two or three times a week. I’m going for walks. It’s changed my life!’
Karl is also making career moves, after joining forces with Eddie McGuire to create a new entertainment and sports radio show called The Long Weekend.
The new show will see Karl and Eddie, 61, discuss the biggest news, sport, and entertainment moments of the week.
The format promises three hours of music, banter, big personalities, big opinions, and no-holds-barred discussions that will set the tone for the weekend ahead.
ARN is hyping the show up as a major new entertainment format, as it will be distributed nationally across broadcast radio, live radio streaming, podcast, social, free-to-air streaming, premium SVOD, and global distribution across the iHeart network.

The Long Weekend will be broadcast live on the GOLD Network on Fridays between 12-3pm across Australia, and will be available on demand on iHeart.
It will also be amplified on all social platforms and available via the iHeart global network in New Zealand, Canada, Mexico, the United States, and the UK.
‘Since I was born, I’ve been a student of radio and announcers. The intimacy of the medium is powerful,’ Karl said of the new gig.
‘Working with Eddie makes it even more exciting for me. We’ve been friends for a long time.
‘We are both ready to disrupt the status quo and let me tell you, we’ll have plenty of fun along the way.
‘God, don’t we all need that. ARN have given us this opportunity, now watch us go and have a proper crack.’
The Long Weekend will launch on June 19, 2026.
