It’s been a big year for Clint, who was recently added full time to the Nova breakfast show line-up.

Former Nine host and radio star Clint Stanaway has made a huge personal announcement, revealing he is starting a family.
The 43-year-old announced on the Nova breakfast show that he was going to become a father.
“I’m going to be having a baby with a really good friend of mine,” he said.
“Her name’s Eliza [Paschke].”
Eliza starred on The Block, which airs on Channel 9, where Clint formerly worked on the Weekend Today Show.
“We’re going to be using a co-parenting method to have this child,” he said.
“We’re going to have a different-looking family, but a family that is not going to have any shortage of love in it.”
He said he almost passed out at the first ultrasound because he was so overwhelmed.
“Hearing the heartbeat and seeing your baby there, it was just like, ‘Wow…this is special’,” he said, getting teary as he shared his wonderful news.

Lauren Phillips and Jase Hawkins were quick to congratulate their co-host, with Jase saying he knew that Clint would make a great dad.

His co-hosts weren’t the only ones who rushed in to give their well-wishes.
“Aww, congratulations, legend,” said Steph Claire Smith.
“Best news, Clint. You’ll be an amazing dad! Congratulations to you and Eliza,” said Lana Wilkinson.
Carlton Football Club also jumped in to express their excitement.
“Wonderful news! Congratulations, Clint and Eliza,” the club wrote.
Fans also wished Clint and Eliza joy.
“I absolutely bawled my eyes out listening to this live in the car this morning and was in genuine shock for a good 10 minutes. The best news I have heard all week,” said one.
“Families come in all different shapes and sizes, and this bubba will be soooooooo loved,” another added.
