Love is in the air – and it’s lasted!
Farmer Tom, the 32-year-old sheep farmer from Borambola, New South Wales, became the second farmer of the 2025 season to commit to one of his ladies, delivering an emotional profession of love to Georgie Lavery.
But a year on, are they still going strong?
Are Farmer Tom and Georgie still together?
Yes! Despite early rumours that Tom’s runner-up Eliza had moved to the farm – claims that were quickly debunked by an insider, who confirmed “he’s with Georgie and they’re still together. I don’t know where that rumour started with Eliza, but that’s not true at all” – the couple have gone from strength to strength.
At the June 2025 reunion, the pair revealed they were taking things steadily. Both Georgie and Tom have admittedly moved too fast in past relationships, so Georgie initially moved to a house roughly 25 minutes from Tom’s farm. “It’s pretty disappointing. Because what’s the difference between Wagga and the farm, it’s only 25 minutes away,” Tom said at the time, adding that he hoped to propose “soon.”
The couple marked their first anniversary in October 2025 and now, nearly a year on from the reunion, are still going strong! Georgie has since made the move to Tom’s sheep farm in Borambola.
While they keep the details of their relationship under wraps, Georgie confirmed they are doing well in a rare comment in April 2026, telling Chattr: “We’re going great and very appreciative of the opportunity to go on FWAW. The outcome was amazing!”
As the 2025 season proved, Tom and Georgie’s love story has well and truly joined the ranks of the show’s enduring romances.

When professing his love during the finale, Tom reflected on their journey together, sharing, “Georgie, the moment I saw your profile I was so excited to go on this experience.”
He added, “On our first date at Attalong Falls, I just really loved the whole day, it was so much fun.
“You have so many great qualities, you’re bubbly, energetic, just happy – you know how to perk me up when I’m feeling down and tired and you’re just an amazing lady,” he continued.
“Throughout this whole experience, I’ve really enjoyed every moment I’ve been with you, I’m excited to take the next step in this and I’ve fallen really hard and fast for you Georgie.
“I’m totally in love with you,” Tom finished in a very emotional and heartfelt speech.
“I love you too,” Georgie shared, hugging and kissing Tom.
“I was just so happy to hear that he’s feeling the same way,” Georgie shared to the camera after their emotional conversation. “I can’t wait to continue our relationship outside of this experience.”
Totally smitten and giddy, the pair looked more in love than ever, with Tom sharing, “I came on Farmer Wants A Wife to find a wife and I’m definitely on that pathway for sure. I’m so excited to start our next step.”
