Lachie and Jules Neale have been spotted together for the first time since their split as they came together in Perth to celebrate their daughter’s major milestone.
Former AFL couple Lachie and Jules Neale appeared to put their differences aside for the moment as they came together to celebrate a huge milestone with their children.
The exes, who split at the end of 2025, were seen together in Perth ahead of their daughter Piper’s first day at school.
Jules, 35, proudly posed with her four-year-old in what appears to be the garden of her WA home, captioning her Instagram Story: “Big girl’s first day of kindy.”
Lachie was also present for his daughter’s big day and shared a photograph of her on his own Instagram Story.
The footy star has been splitting his time between his children in WA and his commitments with the Brisbane Lions on the East Coast.
His posts, which also feature their one-year-old son, Freddie, mark Lachie’s return to social media amid the scandal surrounding their marriage breakdown.
At the start of January, the former Lions captain confirmed his split from Jules after eight years of marriage.
“While I won’t go into specifics, I can say that I have let my family down,” the midfielder told a press conference on January 2.
“I apologise for my actions that have let down those that are closest to me. For that I am deeply sorry.”
He also stepped down as the Lions’ co-captain, and it remains unclear whether he will continue to play for the team once his contract ends at the end of the 2026 season.
According to reports, Lachie and Jules split after allegations he had been unfaithful with her former best friend, Tess Crosley.
The hairdresser reportedly became aware of Lachie’s alleged infidelity when a fellow AFL WAG caught him and Tess in a “compromising position” in a car.
Sources claimed the alleged affair had been going on for months before he was caught.
Following their split, Jules and the kids returned to her hometown of Perth, while Lachie has moved into a new apartment in Brisbane.
Their $2.43 million family home, located in the Seven Hills suburb of the Queensland capital, has been put up for sale and is due to go to auction later this month.
Meanwhile, Jules has shared updates on how she’s rebuilding her life after suffering the “unimaginable betrayal”.
She recently signed with a new talent agency and is tipped to open a new hair salon in Perth, called Vela Hair.
Jules has also been sharing glimpses into how she’s spent the summer, including nights out with friends and receiving VIP treatment at the Australian Open.
During her time at the Melbourne tennis tournament, Jules made a rare comment about the end of her marriage.
“The last few months have been a lot, but being back in Perth with family has really helped me reset for 2026,” she told The Herald Sun.
